Jeff Gonzales known as Bruises N Cuts aka BNC, Is a Dominican – Greek, Athens based music producer – performer and song writer debuting in 2006 as a performing artist and MC on Blend Mishkin’s acclaimed “Misplaced” LP and founding member of the soon to follow Cast-a-Blast records, doubling as label and music collective together with hometown collaborators DJ Palov & singer/songwriter Sugahspank. Having featured with a wide range of local and international artists, also served as the front man and writer for bands such as Blend Mishkin & Roots Evolution, The Happy Dog Project, Cast-a-Blast Sound System & Imam Baildi while also joining forces with producers George Kelly of Chopshop Records, Cayetano, Supersan, RSN and Munich based duo and label K73. Boasting a wide range of projects spanning over 10 years in the music industry not only as a producer but also as a – Mix – Mastering engineer, bending the borders between Hip Hop, Funk, Jazz, Reggae & Electronica for the likes of UK’s Riddim Fruit Records, Athens ChopShop Music & a selection of Athenian artists such as Kill Emil, Pan Pan Nalyssa Green to name a few. He has released 4 full length LPs, “The Birth” (CAB), Ruff, Rowdy & Unfocused” (CAB) “Bodega Funk” (K73) and latest “The Bonnie & Clyde Syndrome” (SV, MTW) along with numerous singles and EP’s on various labels and international imprints.
